But when the thing broke down (the bristles melted and the pins got all messed up), Sunny Savers just ignored my attempts to get them to honor my four-year warranty. I've been trying for over four months just to get a response. Based on this experience, I’d suggest steering clear of Sunny Savers because once they’ve got your cash, their customer service is non-existent. Even Helen of Troy, the maker of the Revlon hairdryer, told me to use Trustpilot to get a reply. Fingers crossed it works!

It's been two months and my order is still MIA. I've reached out multiple times asking for a refund, but all I get back is, 'Would you like us to send the item again?'
